No Current Contest
The Look: I kind of like the packaging on these. Everything is done right including listing the caffeine amount on the package. They have the product name, a picture of the product, the flavor, and a few key words to indicate it's purpose. Another thing I like is they use a plastic stick for the popsicle and not a wooden stick. Nothing on the package is amazing but it gets the job done.

Taste: The flavor is listed as berry. I was hoping it would be more strawberry or one of the tastier berries but instead it has a raspberry base to it. The flavor is good and I like the fact that it is a softer popsicle and not one of the ones that are hard like an ice cube. The sweetness level was about right and there is no caffeine bitterness anywhere in the ENrG Popsicle.

Does It Work: Unfortunately a nice package and a good flavor do not make the product great without a good buzz. (ICED) ENrG is powered by 45 mg of caffeine, 150 mg of taurine, and a few vitamins. Along with the small energy blend there are 100 calories and 24 g of carbs. After eating this I think I got more from the sugar buzz than I did the small amount of caffeine. A 12 oz can of Mountain Dew has 55 mg of caffeine to put in perspective how little caffeine is included.

Overall Thoughts: (ICED) ENrG is an example of a great concept with poor execution. I truly believe another company could take this idea and make a killer product. If you happen to run across one of these and you want a snack this is a cool product to pick up. If you are looking for an energy boost, I would pass on it.

I live in canada and saw these and another energy popsicle called frozen force, couldnt find nothing about them anywhere til i found this, nothing bout frozen force and it was better and more potent

That sucks that it went below expectations. Sometimes that's how it goes, Bryan. Are there other flavors? I don't like raspberry.
45 mg is the amount of caffeine in one shot of espresso. saying that this is a failure is like saying that a tall latte doesn't keep you awake. perhaps not everyone is looking for an actual jolt of energy? rather something to keep them going?
