VIP Extreme Acai

VIP......what comes to mind when you hear that?  If you are VIP at the club, there is no waiting in line you just walk right in.  VIP at the concert, you won't be sitting on the lawn or in the nosebleeds.  VIP Energy I am hoping doesn't leave me dragging ass this morning and gives me some serious energy.  Let's check it out.

The Look:  We get a black can with gold lettering and graphics.  There also seems to be a lot of crowns on the package as well.  Underneath the drink name we get the slogan, "All Access Energy" which I kind of like, it ties in with the VIP theme nicely.  In the center of the can there is a gold crest with a black figurine in the middle.  Turning the can around we get the usual nutritional information and a little read me about the flavor and company that makes VIP.  I like the black and gold on the can I think it goes together very nicely.

Taste:  So what is one thing bigger than energy products right now ?  Well porn is pretty big right now but that is not what I am talking about.  I am referring to the Acai craze.  This flavor is labeled as "Extreme Acai".    I take my first sip and I get a pleasant berry taste with a very slight bit of carbonation involved.  This is a very well done drink here that has a great berry taste.  There is no caffeine taste and absolutely no aftertaste.  This is one of those drinks I could drink for just flavor alone, very tasty.

Does It Work:  This stuff is powered by 160 mg of caffeine, 2000 mg of taurine, and a bunch of vitamins.  Along with that we get 220 calories and 54g of sugar.  After drinking this I got a very nice alertness, easily on par with Monster and Rockstar drinks.  I got a good solid 3-4 hours kick here with no crash afterwards.  This is a great amount of energy in this can for everyday activities where you don't need anything extreme.

Final Thoughts:   I think VIP has a really good product on their hands here.  They have a flavor that is excellent along with a pretty nice kick to it as well.  They are a fairly new company from what I can tell.  You can check them out at VIP Energy, even though the site looks to be under very heavy construction.  I would drink this again without a doubt.  If you see this at a store or find a place to get them online, give them a try.
