Go Fast Light

Today will be my first sampling of the brand Go Fast.  Right away I have high hopes for the drink because it has a gold medallion on the package that states it won a gold medal in taste.  Let's move on to the review of the sugar free version of Go Fast.

The Look:  Go Fast Light comes at us in a silver 16 oz can.  They use a white, red, and black color scheme.  The color scheme really makes the gold medal I mentioned earlier stand out on the can.  They have a pretty nice slogan the on the can as well, "Stronger for longer".   On the back of the can there is nutritional information as well as two small snippets about the company.  I think the package here looks pretty slick and is a big improvement over some of the older cans of Go Fast I have seen.
(8.5 out of 10)

Taste:  After seeing the gold medal on the front they received for taste, I have high expectations in this department.  I pop the top, and take my first sip.  This is a very unique flavor.  It has a citrus taste on the front with a little bit of what taste to be maybe grape juice mixed in.  It is really hard to pinpoint what the flavor here is, one thing is for sure it is good.  There is no caffeine taste or vitamin aftertaste.
(8.5 out of 10)

Does It Work:  Let's see what powers Go Fast Light (per can): 20 calories, 0 sugars, 1.7 mg of riboflavin, 40 mg of niacin, 300% vitamin B6, 260% vitamin b12, 2000 mg of taurine, 182mg of ribose, 162 mg of caffeine, 500 mg of ginseng, 150 mg of guarana, 150 mg of ginkgo, as well as quite a few other ingredients.  Wow they really packed this thing full of ingredients.  After drinking this down I got a very nice boost (better than expected).  All these ingredient work very well to give you jitter free boost that last for around the 4 hour mark, with no crash.
(9 out of 10)  It was an 8.5 but I bumped it up because of all the great ingredients in here

Overall Thoughts:  Go Fast has really earned my respect with my first sampling.  You can tell they put some time into the making of this drink.  They have a good taste and a great mixture of ingredients to really help get you going and to keep you going.  You can check out Go Fast on the web at: Go Fast Sports.  Go Fast is designed for the athletic crowd but anyone that wants a great energy boost can enjoy one.  This drink gets my recommendation and it is one of the better sugar free drinks I have tried.

"Stronger for longer" sounds a tad like a Viagra add

They would have to change the name tho
Go Fast would be a horrible name for a drink with that purpose lol

Sounds like i'll have to try that one...I need all the energy I can get. You have an awesome site. Have you done a review on caffeinated soap? I'm curious about that.

The caffeinated soap is a pretty cool experience. I have just used the bars so far I am trying to get a hold of the gels. I should be putting up a review of the bars of soap soon.
