Vibe Energy Gum

I have reviewed quite a few energy gums so far but Vibe is quite unique.  Thanks to kingofcaffeine.com I am lucky enough to get to try out this UK energy gum.  Everything from the taste to the container is different than other gums I have tried.



The Look:  The first thing that gathered my interest about Vibe was the packaging.  Instead of the usual cardboard surrounding a slide out blister pack, Vibe comes in a very cool cigar type of container.  Inside each aluminum tube there are 10 pieces of energy gum.  The gum itself is blue on one half and white on the other.

Taste:   The taste of this is quite odd.  When you first start chewing the gum it is slightly chalky and starts to fall apart a bit.  Then after a few more chews Vibe starts to transform into a flavorful mint gum.  They did a great job of masking the energy ingredients and the flavor lasted for longer than most energy gums I have had.

Does It Work:  Vibe uses a one tube equals 5 energy drinks or 5 cups of coffee diagram to portray the caffeine content.   After reading around a bit I found  that each piece will deliver about 40 mg of caffeine into your system.  Along with the caffeine, Vibe energy gum is also powered by guarana and ginseng.  I have had stronger gums but 2 pieces of Vibe does the job pretty well.  I was able to get a nice and gentle caffeine kick that lasted about 3 hours with no crash.

Overall Thoughts:  Vibe energy gum was a very pleasant experience.  The packaging is very unique and I am sure I will find some neat use for it after all the gum is gone.  The flavor of Vibe is better than a bunch of other gums out there and the buzz is on par with your standard 8 oz energy drink.  If you come across Vibe energy gum I would recommend giving it a try.
