Zenergize Peach + Green Tea

Today I will be taking on Zenergize Peach + Green Tea tablets.  You just throw one of these in a glass of water and you have a drink that promotes energy and gives you a weight loss boost.



The Look:  Zenergize comes in a box that contains a plastic resealable tube.  The box has a bunch of product info that includes key ingredients, functions, ingredients, and some passages about why it is helpful.  After opening the box there is a plastic tube about the size of a roll of quarters.  Nothing to fault the packaging on, I believe they did everything right.  They included the caffeine content, instructions, a nice picture of peaches, and the product name.  The top forms a very tight seal that helps to keep the tablets fresh until needed.  The look is kept very clean which I think will help it to really appeal to the diet audience.

Taste:  The only problem I had with the tablets was being able to break them in half in order to fit them into a water bottle.  Every time I tried I ended up breaking each tab into many pieces.  Once I got the tab inside the water bottle it took about 5 minutes for it to fully dissolve.  The peach flavoring is the dominant flavor here with the green tea being only slightly noticeable.  The flavor was very tasty and there was no after taste while the drink was still cold.  The last sip or 2 the drink had became room temperature and there was a bit of an aftertaste so I would recommend drinking it while still cold.

Does It Work:  Inside each tablet there are 2 calories, 300 mg of sodium, and 0 g of sugar.  The proprietary blend consist of green tea extract, 90 mg of caffeine, stevia leaf extract, and chromium.  After drinking down the entire Zenergize I started to get a nice boost that got me through my morning very easily with no crash.  Nothing extreme here but the caffeine did its job nicely.

Overall Thoughts:  If you are looking for a nice dietary assist from a drink, Zenergize is a great choice.  It taste better than a bunch of other alternatives and the price is fairly reasonable.  I will be reviewing the Raspberry + Green Tea flavor in the near future.
