The Look: The samples I was sent are in little cardboard the contain 2 chews each. Each package has the products name of Livewire Energy listed on the front and each box is a different color depending on flavor. Also on the front they have the flavor listed and the caffeine amount is listed (wahoo, I always love when a company puts the caffeine content on the package). Flipping the package over there is an ingredient list, usage instructions, and nutritional information. These little boxes have a nice packaging and the portability factor is a plus.

Taste: There are 4 different flavors and each tasted quite unique. The chocolate one and the mint chocolate were amazing and I suggest you give them a try.
Chocolate: This is one of my 2 favorites of the flavors. This had a very good chocolate taste to it and there is no weird caffeine or vitamin taste. Almost remind me of a Tootsie Roll.

Mint Chocolate: Next to the chocolate my next favorite was the mint chocolate flavor. I really enjoyed the chocolate and mint combo. This flavor of this one reminded me of a Starburst meets a peppermint pattie.

Citrus Mango: The citrus mango had a nice orange taste to it. There is a slight amount of wax taste involved with the orange but it still tasted very good.
(8 out of 10)
Pomaberry: Pomaberry was my least favorite of the 4. The flavor was good but it had that slightly wax like flavor that the orange did. I would still choose the Citrus Mango and the Pomaberry over a bunch of energy shots I have had in terms of flavor.

Do They Work: Not only does each variety have a different flavor but there is also a different caffeine content in each one. The caffeine strength ranges from 90 mg - 120 mg. Along with the caffeine inside each chew there is also taurine, panax ginseng, and multiple B vitamins. On top of the fairly nice energy blend there is also 20 calories and only 3 g of sugar in each chew. All of these packed a nice punch that hit me within about 5 minutes. The score is just based on 1 chew but if you chew 2 of them prepare to be fairly wired.

Overall Thoughts: Livewire is a very good chew that delivers in taste and performance. You can pick up a sample pack like the one I had for only 5 dollars from the Livewire website(that will get you 8 chews which is a good value). Give Livewire Energy a try and let me know what your thoughts are.

this is very good for you, ybg :)
Is the comment about mint chocolate being amazing some kind of joke? I tried the mint chocolate, based off this review, thankfully only purchased two chews - it was absolutely horrible. The first bit (well, more like half bite) tasted kind of like an Andes mint. Of course I got excited, love those things. Then all of a sudden it became very unpleasant - tasted like some kind of acid that should be nowhere near the mouth, and dirt. Regardless of the energy it may give, I'll stick to my sugar free red bull here on out.
The simple chocolate ones are the best.
